What a great memory! This is a pic of Waldo's first time swimming! We have a Dash-n-Splash every year at a local pool, and the boys had a blast. Waldo was very unsure of the water at first, and whenever Gus would jump in (Gus is our little fish), Waldo would pace along the side of the pool, and whine and bark until Gus came back. One time, Waldo just sort of flopped into the pool after Gus. His eyes got REALLY big, and he turned right around and came back to the edge of the pool again, but his "whistle was whetted", and after that there was no stopping him!! In fact, later in the day my hubby managed to catch this shot:

That is hilarious! Hope Gus didn't get too startled! Wow Waldo, you sure must like the water to jump in it like that! I would have continued to pace alongside of the pool...you are sooo brave to jump in like that.

Wow, you like to dive into water?? Great photo of you diving! I've never learned how to do that because we don't live near a lake and I'm not allowed in the pool. I guess I'll just stick to nice warm baths.
